Rachel's Philosophy of Counseling: While we can't always control life's circumstances, we can learn to control how we react and handle them. We are all affected by our past, but that does not have to determine who we are now.  Through talk therapy I strive to take the client on a journey of self-exploration leading toward change that will positively impact their life.

Availability/Fees: Session fees are $125 per session for individuals, a sliding scale is offered. Rachel offers anger management classes, parenting classes, substance abuse assessments, social skills classes and groups. Rachel has WEEKDAY, NIGHTS and WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS/classes available.
